Within our specialties, we service primarily mid to large size clients throughout the US. We currently have more than 689,000 candidates in our database. We have a superb client roster in various industries including Consumer Staples, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Medical Devices, Energy, Education, Retail, Insurance, Media, Communications, etc. Our recruiters are well versed in our industry (7-30 years experience). We have dedicated groups who only specialize in a particular area ("Market Makers").
HISTORY
Execu-Sys, Ltd. was founded in 1987 to provide Information Technology Recruiting services. Currently we are one of the largest IT Recruiting firms in our area in terms of Full Time positions filled. In 1994, to complement this service and leverage our existing client contacts, we began providing IT Consulting services. We currently have a large number of consultants assigned to various clients throughout our operating region.

APPROACH
We have found that the most qualified candidates must be recruited. The best people are already happily and productively employed elsewhere and do not necessarily post resumes or answer ads. They must be identified and approached. Our procedure to find the right candidate is similar to a retained search. But, since our service is on a contingency basis, we offer you a better arrangement at less cost.
OUR RECRUITERS
Our recruiters must be college graduates who undergo a training program with direct, daily supervision by Recruiting Managers (Recruiting Manager average tenure at Execu-Sys, Ltd. is 21 years).
